Service scope and fees
SoloInc is a fixed-scope service for eligible Canadian owner-operated corporations. SoloInc Complete is CAD $200 per month plus applicable sales taxes for corporations outside Quebec that meet the published operating assumptions. Eligibility, the starting point and the applicable scope are confirmed in writing before the subscription begins. Work outside the confirmed scope is identified, scoped and priced separately before it begins.
SoloInc Hold is CAD $125 per month plus applicable sales taxes for eligible inactive corporations outside Quebec. Hold requires a 12-month minimum and is limited to corporations with no sales, payroll or operating activity, current books and filings, and only minimal inactivity-related transactions. If operating activity resumes, the corporation must notify SoloInc and move to Complete or another agreed scope. Historical cleanup, overdue or amended filings, audits, objections, collections, account closures, dissolution, government fees, legal services, software and other third-party charges are not included unless the written engagement expressly says otherwise.
Quebec enquiries are welcome. Indicative prices are CAD $250 per month for SoloInc Complete and CAD $150 per month for SoloInc Hold, plus applicable GST and QST. Eligibility, scope and final fees are confirmed after review and in a written engagement agreement.
